Rare, Vintage Princeton 1930’s collector plates
Truly a unique find!
Very Rare Princeton 1930 collectible plates. These plates were only available to those who attended Princeton, worked at Princeton or were Alumni.
A complete set of plates cost just $15 and could only be purchased through the office of the University's secretary. Demand outstripped supply, much to the chagrin of alumni who had been promised delivery by Christmas, and almost 2,500 sets were sold.
In this listing, I currently have 6 of the 12 issued plates and one duplicate, for a total of 7 plates. These plates are in excellent condition and were well taken care of. The appraised replacement value is $700.
